Swift Open Water Swim was held September 27th, 2014 at Palm Cay. This event had three categories 800M, 1.6K and 5K swim. The sea was rough on this day however all swimmers enjoyed the event. Meshach Roberts was the winner of the 5K swim which had open water instructor James Richards referee this event.
Joanna Evans, a distance freestyler from The Bahamas, has made a verbal commitment to the University of Texas beginning with the 2015-16 season.
STR just finished a fantastic series of Aquanex clinics in Maryland. We have a variety of upcoming clinics for swimmers in Tallahassee, Miami, the Bahamas, Australia, Brazil, and Trinidad.

The Sports for All Commission of the Bahamas Olympic Committee has partnered with the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture to host the first “Sports for All Challenge Course” from 2:00 – 6:00pm on Clifford Park.

The Roberts Family, Mancer Sr. and his two sons (Mancer Jr. & Meshach) recently returned to the community of his birth, Sandy Point, Abaco, to teach the community children how to swim and swim more efficiently
